Dodson has a successful track record of technology leadership through multiple waves of technology.
Starting with starting a consulting company to help the creative industry adapt to technology for print and multimedia content creations, Dodson worked with many of the largest agencies in Chicago. Dodson later built the web development practice from scratch at onShore to help companies create an internet presence and web-enable their applications. For this effort, they were named First Chicago bank’s Vendor of the Year in the late 90’s.
Dodson then founded WebCheckout, the industry-leading inventory management and scheduling equipment application. Leading the company from its startup phase to acquisition by the Volaris division of Constellation Software. His leadership excellence is further evidenced by over six years of post-acquisition management, during which he guided the company to achieve the highest standards within the Volaris Group's rigorous performance metrics.
Dodson stepped down in late 2023 to pursue his next venture, guiding clients through the transformations coming from AI technologies. In a landscape where change is the only constant, and discerning sustainable technologies from fleeting fads is critical, Dodson's expertise becomes invaluable.
